Privacy
The only information this site asks you for is what you type into the contact form. This page says where that goes, who reads it and how to have it deleted.
- Collected
- Your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about a property or about what you are looking for. Netlify also records the IP address and browser the form was sent from.
- Stored by
- Netlify, the company that hosts this site and runs the form, and Google, because Netlify emails each message to our Gmail accounts.
- Read by
- Sam Fox Brennan and Eduardo Cota, the two owners of Casa Fresco.
- Used for
- Replying to you and following up on what you asked about.

The details
- Selling and sharing
Casa Fresco does not sell what you send us and does not share it with anyone for advertising. Netlify and Google hold it because they run the form and our email. Netlify also passes each message through a spam-filtering service.
- Cookies and tracking
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It loads no scripts or fonts from other companies, so no advertising network sees your visit and no other company tracks you from this site to another.
Netlify keeps routine server logs of visits, as web hosts do, and those logs include IP addresses. We do not use them to identify anyone.
- Do Not Track
This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser, because it does no tracking for such a signal to switch off.
- Deleting your information
To have what you sent us deleted, or to see or correct it, call (530) 635-8196 or email casafrescogroup@gmail.com. We will delete it unless we need it for a transaction with you or the law requires us to keep it.
- Sam Gmail Reader
Sam Gmail Reader is a private tool used only by Sam Brennan to read his own Gmail account. It has read-only access and reads two labels, "Deal Radar" and "AppFolio Reports", so it can sort property alerts and property-management reports into his own files. It does not send, delete or change any email, and it shares no data with anyone. Questions go to samfoxbrennan@gmail.com.
